Treatment:
Cotton swabs, Vicks & socks - To be done at night.
On 2 small pieces of cotton swabs apply some vicks, and plug your ears with it.
Rub vicks on the back of your ears, on the joints..
Apply some vicks on your nostrils and rub on your throat & chest.
Rub a lot of vick on the soles of your feet, wear socks and tuck yourselves in bed.
See how you feel by morning. Repeat treatment for another three nights to get rid of the the ailment completely.
