Transpersonal psychology is a school of psychology that integrates the spiritual and transcendent aspects of the human experience within the framework of modern western psychology. Spiritual psychotherapy goes beyond conventional forms of psychotherapy, in that it addresses and releases the bound emotional pain from the body, energy system and causal level of consciousness.
Transpersonal Psychotherapy aims to go beyond the human ego or consciousness, and recognizes the importance of addressing, both, the psychological and spiritual nature of human beings when dealing with the mind. A more holistic approach to the human psyche,
Transpersonal Psychotherapy allows us to get in touch with those parts of ourselves that need healing and transformation, on a much deeper level.
I am presently based in Mumbai, where I have a private practice and collaborate with other psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and school counselors. I possess Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) license from the state of California.USA. Mostly working through past wounds that we have not addressed or acknowledged, and create self awareness and bring about transformative change.
